Initial Consultation
Meet with our team to discuss the space, goals, preferred style, budget, timeline, and products or services required.
Site Visit and Measurements
When included in the project scope, our team reviews the space, verifies existing conditions, and gathers the measurements and information needed for design and pricing.
Design and CAD Planning
Our designers and CAD specialists develop layouts, elevations, and realistic renderings so clients can review the proposed room before production or installation begins.
Material and Finish Selection
Review cabinetry, tile, stone, wall panels, fixtures, hardware, and other finishes in the showroom so the project can be coordinated as one complete interior.
Detailed Quotation
Once the design, materials, quantities, and scope are confirmed, Bella Luxe Living prepares a detailed quotation outlining the selected products, services, estimated timing, and payment requirements.
Fabrication and Procurement
Custom cabinetry and other made-to-order components move into production, while stock and special-order products are coordinated for the project.
Project Coordination and Scheduling
Our team coordinates product availability, production timing, delivery, and installation according to the approved project scope.
Delivery and Professional Installation
Products are delivered and installed by the appropriate project professionals, with the work coordinated according to the approved plans and specifications.
Final Walkthrough
At completion, the project is reviewed with the client so final details, product questions, and any agreed finishing items can be addressed.
