Most Bella Luxe Living drawers use soft-close undermount slides. To remove, fully extend the drawer, locate the release clips on each slide, press both simultaneously, and lift out. To install, align the drawer box with the mounted slides and push straight in until the clips engage.

Rinse after each use and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots. Use mild dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge. For deeper cleaning, apply Bar Keepers Friend with the grain of the steel. Avoid bleach, steel wool, or harsh chemicals.

Water spots are caused by mineral deposits in hard water. They can be removed with a white vinegar rinse or a stainless steel cleaner. Regular drying after use prevents buildup.

Lower gauge numbers mean thicker steel. A 16-gauge sink is more durable and resistant to denting and noise than 18-gauge or 20-gauge. Bella Luxe Living sinks are constructed with heavy-gauge stainless steel and sound-dampening undercoating.

Stainless steel contains chromium which forms a passive oxide layer that resists rust. However, prolonged contact with cast-iron cookware, steel wool, or highly acidic substances can cause surface rust. Clean promptly and dry thoroughly to avoid this.

Undercoating is a sound-dampening material applied to the underside of the sink basin. It reduces vibration and noise when water hits the bowl, and also helps with condensation and temperature retention.

All stainless steel will develop minor surface scratches over time, which actually blend together and create a natural patina. To minimize scratching, avoid abrasive scrubbers and use cleaning pads that move with the grain of the steel.

Farmhouse sinks require a reinforced base cabinet cut to the correct opening width and depth. The sink rests on ledges inside the cabinet. Measure carefully before ordering — Bella Luxe Living provides installation specs with each sink. We recommend professional installation.

A pop-up drain is a stopper mechanism operated by a lift rod on the faucet. Pressing or lifting the rod opens or closes the drain without a separate stopper plug. Most Bella Luxe Living faucets include a matching pop-up drain assembly.

In most cases, yes — if the drain assembly is in good condition. However, for best results and a matched appearance, use the drain assembly included with the new faucet.

Wipe down with a damp soft cloth and mild soap, then dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, or vinegar directly on the finish. For chrome, a light application of wax can help maintain the shine. Brushed nickel finishes should only be cleaned with warm water and mild soap.
